"Do you know how to make unbelievable chicken cheese bites for a mug of beer or two, a pitcher of wine or even for the kids? They take just 40 min. to make, see for yourself"
- chicken - 1 fillet, about 14 oz (400 g)
- cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
- eggs - 1
- flour - 3 - 4 tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 3 - 4 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- oil - for frying
- soy sauce - or mustard, garlic sauce, or another sauce of your choice
measuresHow to make
Boil the chicken with salt and pepper. Cool the boiled chicken and cut it into pieces. Add the grated cheese to them and begin to shape round nuggets by pressing.
Heat oil in a pan, roll each bite into the flour, the egg and finally in the crumbing and fry them. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
