Ingredients

  • bell peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg), red
  • peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg), red
  • cabbages - 9 lb (4 kg) white
  • cauliflowers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • green tomatoes - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • celery - 1 head with the leaves
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • bay leaf - 1 packet
  • allspice - 1 packet
  • black pepper - 1 packet of peppercorns
  • salt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • sugar - 2 cups (500 g)

Preparation

All the products are cut and mixed. Sprinkle the salt and sugar. Add bay leaf, allspice and black pepper.

Top with oil and vinegar. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 2 hours. Place into jars and sterilize for 15 minutes. The products listed make 20 jars of 3 1/3 cups (800 ml).find similar recipes here
