How to make

Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs. Beat the whites into snow with 2/3 of the sugar.

Then beat the egg yolks in another bowl with the remaining sugar and add the oil, water, liqueur, orange peel and baking powder. Melt the chocolate in a water bath with 5-6 tablespoons of milk and let it cool down.

To the mixture of egg yolks, add the egg whites. Mix carefully and then add the melted chocolate. Mix slowly with a spoon or spatula. Finally, add the pre-sifted flour.

Put the cake layer on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and lightly greased. Bake it in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream mixture by melting the chocolate in a water bath with 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Add an ampule of orange essence. Allow it to cool and beat the liquid confectionery cream into powdery snow. Finally, mix the cream and chocolate with a spatula. Cut the baked cake layer into 2 parts.

Coat the bottom one with jam, cover it with cream, put the second cake layer over it and cover the entire cake with cream. Make decorations as desired and leave it for 2-3 hours to sit before serving.
