Ingredients

  • pork chops - 2, neck
  • onions - 1 head
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • mixed spices - to taste
  • savory - to taste
  • tomatoes - 1 jar
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • chili peppers - 1
  • vegetable spice - hot

How to make

Season the meat with mixed spices, savory, black pepper, and sliced onion. Let them marinate for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Then fry them in a pan with oil and transfer to a plate. Prepare the tomato sauce in the same oil, fry the mashed tomatoes until the water evaporates. Add the veggie spice, black pepper, diced garlic and finely chopped chili pepper.

Put the steaks back in the sauce to boil a bit. Serve the steaks topped with the tomato sauce. Bon appetit!
