Ingredients

  • curd - 17.5 oz (500 g), can use cream cheese
  • milk - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • red peppers - 1 pickled

Preparation

Beat the curd or cream cheese with the milk, and while mixing continuously, add the oil, paprika, chopped onion and diced garlic. You can add the very finely chopped pickled red pepper if you like.

The products can be blended in a blender, and finally - the milk is added in an amount that allows the formation of a mixture with the density of caviar.
