Ingredients

  • beef - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • mushrooms - 60 g porcini
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • broth - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • starch - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Tenderize the washed and drained meat. Fry it in hot oil, add salt, add the mushrooms, then the cream.

Turn the meat over several times. Gradually add boiling broth and stew it in a pot with the lid closed. Thicken with flour.
