  • chicken - 21 oz (600 g), white meat
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • milk - 1 cup
  • black pepper - ground, to taste
  • salt
  • lard
  • broth - from the boiling of the chicken
  • parsley - 1 - 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped


Boil the white chicken meat, leave it to cool and rip it into small pieces with your hands. In a large and deep pan, heat 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) oil and braise the flour. While stirring constantly, add the milk and chicken broth (which you can substitute with water).

Add the chicken pieces and all the spices to taste. Stir continuously on the stove for 10-odd minutes, until you get a thick porridge. Once done, serve with chopped parsley.find similar recipes here
