Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • butter - 2 tbsp melted
  • flour - 1 cup (220 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cheese – 2/5 cup (100 g), coarsely grated
  • onions - 1 sprig fresh
  • spices - optional basil, white oregano, fresh parsley
  • bacon - 1/4 cup finely chopped

Preparation

Beat the eggs well and add the milk, butter and finally the sifted flour and salt. Once the mixture is homogenized, add the grated cheese, chopped onions, crushed spices and finally - the bacon.

Put the resulting paste for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Distribute it in pre-greased muffin forms. Put them to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.find similar recipes here
