How to make

Cut the beets into pieces. Fry the rice until it becomes transparent. Leave 7-8 cabbage leaves whole, cut the rest into pieces. Combine the cabbage, beetroots and rice and stir. Season with bay leaf, dill seeds and some black pepper.

Cut the chicken into pieces. At the bottom of a clay pot, put a few pieces of bacon. Cover them with 2-3 cabbage leaves, so that the products do not stick. Successively, alternate between part of the vegetable mixture, chicken, vegetables, black pudding and the steaks, cut into pieces.

Finally, finish off with vegetables and cover with cabbage leaves again. On top, place a few pieces of bacon. Put a lid on the pot and seal it with dough. Bake on low heat for 5-6 hours.
