"A spicy Mexican gratin for which you`re going to need extra beer!"

Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g) beef
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • corn - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), sweet, canned
  • sausages - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 28 oz (800 g), peeled canned
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Fry the mince with cinnamon, it gives a pleasant flavor to the dish. In a saucepan or deep baking dish, arrange: a layer of fried minced meat, a layer of sweet corn, a layer of sausages, cut into round slices beforehand, 2 lines of peeled tomatoes, also sliced into circles.

Bake for about 30 minutes in a moderate oven at 370°F (190 °C). The products require no further treatment, you only need them toasted and for the aroma of cinnamon to waft throughout the entire dish.

During the last 5-10 minutes, add grated cheese, then brown it.
