Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • chives - 15 - 20 pcs
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Wash, clean and boil the mushrooms. Then cut them coarsely and put them in heated oil. After about 1-2 minutes, add the onions and tomato paste and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Add the wine and spices and leave them on low heat until ready.

Upon serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
