Ingredients

  • ravioli - 10.5 oz (300 g) ready
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • carrots - 2
  • tomatoes - 3
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peas - 2/5 cup (100 g) frozen
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g) canned
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic sauce - 4/5 cup (200 g)

How to make

Boil the ravioli in salted water and drain in a colander. Cut the onions and carrots into small cubes. Parboil the tomatoes, peel them, separate them from the seeds and cut into pieces. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Thaw the peas and drain the corn.

Fry the vegetables in oil for 3-4 minutes, then add the ravioli. Put the resulting mixture in a greased baking dish. Pour on the garlic sauce, that you've mixed with the diced feta cheese.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 390°F (200 °C).
