Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 9 tablespoons
  • flour - 9 tablespoons
  • oil - 9 tablespoons
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • rosehip jam
  • powdered sugar

How to make

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, flour and baking powder well, then bake the mixture on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for 30 min (depending on the oven).

As soon as the layer is ready, immediately turn it over on to a damp cloth and roll it up. Wait a few minutes and smear it with jam.

Sprinkle it with powdered sugar or chocolate sprinkles and serve.
