Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - as needed
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water, then grate them. Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add breadcrumbs and fry until golden. Add the mince, salt and pepper.

Knead the potatoes with salt, pepper, 2 eggs and flour as necessary. Knead a dough and roll it out. Shape it into medium circles, fill them with mincemeat and close them by pressing the edges.

Fry the potato tortellini in hot oil, or even in a deep fryer. Once ready, drain on paper towels.
