Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 2
  • onions - 2 heads
  • mushrooms - 1 jar
  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g) (canned)
  • peppers - 1 green and 1 red
  • eggs - 4
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Wash the chicken and cut it into cubes. Fry them in a pan in a little oil, along with the onions and add the carrots, peppers and mushrooms.

Season with the spices and add water until the vegetables saute.

Add the tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Once absorbed, break 4 eggs, put the lid on and turn off the heat.
