Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 pack
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g), drained of brine
  • oil
  • sugar - 1/2 cup, or more
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp

Preparation

Grease an oven dish, put 2-3 phyllo pastry sheets in, sprinkle it with crumbled feta cheese and a little oil and repeat until out of phyllo pastry and cheese. Prepare the topping by whisking the eggs and milk.

Add the baking soda, sugar, beat well and pour it over the pastry, which you've pierced with a fork all over. Put it to bake in a highly heated oven for 15 minutes, then lower the heat and cook until ready.

After removing from the oven, turn it over onto 3 soup bowls and leave covered for a while with a thick cloth.find similar recipes here
