Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • jam - 1/2 jar apricot
  • salt
  • liqueur - 2 tablespoon, morello
  • sugar
  • butter

Preparation

Beat the eggs in a deep pot with the liqueur, 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) of sugar and salt. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and fry it in a greased skillet on one side only.
