  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • vienna sausages - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • pickles - half a jar
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sour cream - 2 cups, cooking
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste


Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them to boil. Meanwhile, chop the vienna sausages and pickles into round slices. After you boil the potatoes, squeeze out the water and dump them in a pot.

Add the other products, excluding the cheese and mix them. Finally, grate the cheese on top and put the pot in the oven for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before removing, take the lid off to allow the cheese to get slightly browned.
