Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1 pack
  • butter - 1 packet
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - whisked, for brushing

How to make

Spread the slightly softened puff pastry on the kitchen counter. Cut it with a sharp knife into isosceles triangles.

At the base of each, place a small dab of butter and feta cheese and roll it up. Form croissants and arrange them in a baking dish, covered with baking paper.

Brush with the beaten egg and bake them in a preheated moderate oven.
