Ingredients

  • eggs - 5, boiled
  • cream - 1 large package
  • pickles - 1 - 2
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 2 pinches, optional
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • parsley - sprigs, for serving

Preparation

Grate the hard-boiled eggs. Mix them with the cream, finely chopped pickles, crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt to taste.

Optionally, add 2 pinches of paprika. Serve with a sprig of parsley.
