  • chicken legs - 4
  • oil - 8 tablespoons
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • beer - 4 tablespoons
  • lemons - juice of 2
  • basil - 1 tablespoon
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the chicken. Prepare a marinade of all the listed products and soak the legs, cover them with a cloth and put them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Periodically, turn them over to season on both sides. Then you can bake the legs on the grill or in the oven. Bake them in an oven dish at 390°F (200 °C) for about 50 minutes, pouring on some of the marinade over them with a spoon periodically.
