Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • mayonnaise – 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • yoghurt - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • red wine - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

If you use a single piece of meat, you need to cut steaks from it. Tenderize them gently and season them with a little salt and pepper.

Mix and whip the yoghurt, mayonnaise, wine and a little more salt and pepper if needed. Pour the mix over the chops, cover the dish and let them sit for 1 night in the refrigerator.
