Ingredients

  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 cup (250 g)
  • cottage cheese
  • vienna sausages
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • garlic - 3 cloves

How to make

Put the cheese in a small tray with water on the stove until soft. On top of a greased counter, roll out the cheese with a rolling pin. Atop the rolled out cheese, spread cottage cheese and mayonnaise.

Sprinkle it with black pepper, paprika and savory. Arrange the finely chopped Vienna sausages on top. You can add crushed garlic, too.

Roll up the cheese into a tight roll and put it in the freezer to set. Serve as an appetizer, cut into circles.
