Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • liquid cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • coffee - 2/5 cup (100 ml) hot
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • rum - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Heat the butter in a container in a water bath and add the crushed chocolate. Stir until homogeneous and while continuously whipping, add the dissolved in hot coffee sugar.

Remove the prepared mixture from the heat and allow it to cool. Then add the rum. Separately, beat the liquid cream into hard snow.

Finally, gradually add it to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix everything.
