Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) florets
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • flour - 5 - 6 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 tsp, powdered
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • oil

Preparation

Put the washed cauliflower florets to boil for 5 minutes. Then let them cool down. Beat the eggs and add the flour, paprika, black pepper, curry and garlic powder to them.

Add a little water and beat into a thick mixture. Dip each cauliflower floret in this crumbing and put them to fry to a nice brown tan.

Drain the finished crumbed cauliflower on paper towels. Serve with a side salad of your choice.find similar recipes here
