  • oil - ½ cup
  • carrots - 2
  • celery - 1 slice
  • onions - 1 small head
  • broth - 1 cup
  • wine - ½ cup

How to make

Clean the young, well-fed duck. Salt inside and out and rub it with ground black pepper.
