Ingredients

  • pork chops - 26.5 oz (750 g) boneless
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • oil - 3/4 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • flour - 2 - 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Tenderize the steaks with a wooden mallet, gently cut their surface, add some salt and sprinkle with black pepper, dip them in flour and fry them.
