Ingredients

  • mince - 9 oz (250 g) pork + 9 oz (250 g) beef
  • onions - 1 head
  • mushrooms - 6 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • cheese - 1.5 oz (50 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin

How to make

Clean the mushrooms, wash them, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in the butter with a little salt and pepper. Mix both minced meats with the finely chopped onion and spices.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to make the mixture fluffy. Shape 5 patties and in the center of each, put 1 tablespoon of mushrooms and a few cubes of cheese.

Close the opening with mince, flatten and roast the meatballs on a highly heated grill.
