Preparation

Put the cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes right before you start cooking. Then cut the cheese into plump bites. Beat the eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder together.

Heat oil in a pan. Roll each bite first in eggs, then flour, egg again and finally - breadcrumbs.
