Ingredients

  • mussels - 9.5 oz (275 g), 1 packet - frozen and cleaned
  • butter - 1 package of 1 cup (250 g)
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)

How to make

After washing the defrosted mussels with hot water, place them on the bottom of a fire proof tray. Chop the basil finely, mix it with the butter and then spread this mixture on the clams.

Grate cheese on top, cover it with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes. Finally, leave for a while with the lid open until the cheese turns pink.
