Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • soya sauce - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • lemons - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of juice
  • onions - 2 tsp (10 g) powdered
  • garlic - 1 tablespoon powdered
  • bay leaf - 2, ground
  • orange - 1 cup (250 ml) of juice

How to make

In a large bowl, mix the soya sauce, lemon juice, onion and garlic powder, ground bay leaf with orange juice. Roll the chicken wings in the sauce until they are coated nicely. Place the bowl covered in the refrigerator for 1 night.

Arrange the chicken wings in a greased baking tray and put them to bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175 °C) for about 45-50 minutes. While baking, pour the marinade over them 4-5 times.
