Ingredients

  • macaroni - 14 oz (400 g)
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 7 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crumbled
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • turkish delight - 1 pack, lemon or orange - flavored

Preparation

Boil the macaroni in 8 1/3 cups (2 liters) of salted water. Let them remain slightly raw. After you boil them, drain and mix them in the oil. Prepare a mixture of milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla and feta cheese.

Cut the Turkish delight into the smallest possible pieces. Blend the finished mixture with the Turkish delight and macaroni, stir and pour it into a greased tray. Bake in moderate oven until browned.find similar recipes here
