Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cocoa - 8 tablespoons, powdered
  • for the glaze
  • milk chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • for decoration
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • fruits - by choice

Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar and butter with a mixer, then add the sour cream. Add the sieved flour, cocoa and baking powder to the mixture.

Pour it into a pre-greased and floured tray and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 15-20 minutes. For the glaze, warm up the liquid cream on the stove, then add the chocolate and mix well.

Top the ready layer with the chocolate glaze and allow it to cool. For decoration, beat the cream with a mixer and decorate the cake with it. You can also decorate with seasonal fruits of your choice.find similar recipes here
