Ingredients

  • rabbit - 1.5 oz (50 g) meat, deboned
  • potatoes - 1, peeled and chopped
  • carrots - 1, cleaned and chopped
  • vegetable broth - 1/2 cup (120 ml), desalted
  • leeks - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • parsley - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • peppers - 1

How to make

Boil the potato until soft and mash it. Boil the meat with the other vegetables on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Mash the rabbit meat with the vegetables and mashed potatoes. Pour in some of the broth to obtain a creamy mixture.
