Ingredients

  • black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g), ground
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bread - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves, old
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp, dried
  • breadcrumbs
  • eggs - 2

How to make

Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them on a grater. Soak the bread in water and mix it with spices and potatoes. From the mixture, make small oblong meatballs.

Roll each one in pre-beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot cooking oil. Serve garnished with vegetables of your choice.
