measures

How to make

Finely grate the white and dark chocolate on a grater. Mix the sugar and sour cream until the sugar melts. Add the fruit juice. Separately, beat the eggs with the oil and add the sour cream and sugar, mix well. Add the sifted flour with baking powder gradually and stir until homogenous.

Add the white chocolate and stir again. Optionally, you can melt it and add it when cooled. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Leave one part white, beat the second with the dark chocolate or cocoa, and the third with just a little red dye to get a nice pink color.

Prepare an elongated form for baking, cover it with baking paper and gently oil it. Slightly tilt the form and first put in the pink, then chocolate, and finally, the white layer. Carefully put the form back to its normal position.

Put this colored cake to bake in a pre-heated oven at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
