"Whenever someone serves us such juicy pork steaks with sauce, we`re never shy about asking for seconds!"

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 5
  • peppers - 2
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g), champignons
  • tomato paste - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • bay leaf - 1
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper

How to make

Tenderize the steaks with a wooden mallet, add salt and sprinkle them with black pepper. Fry them in oil and remove them.

In the same oil, sauté the chopped mushrooms and peppers. After softening, add and fry the flour. Pour in the wine over the mixture, and boil for 15-20 minutes, finally - add the bay leaf.

Pour this sauce over the steaks. Serve with an appropriate garnish.
