Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g) ham
  • leeks - 2 bunches
  • peppers - 2, red
  • carrots - 2
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • black pepper - ground, to taste
  • savory - 1 pinch
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Cut the pork into cubes and trim the fat. Stew in a deep frying pan with oil until almost ready.

Add the chopped vegetables and season them with ground black pepper and savory. Transfer to a deep oven dish and mix with the tomato juice.

Place in the oven at 370°F (190 °C) and bake until ready.
