"The secret to this tasty chicken is the feta cheese, blue cheese and thyme."

Ingredients

  • chicken steaks - 2, from the legs or breasts
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • blue cheese - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cream - 4 tablespoons
  • thyme - 2 pinches of dry
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs fresh
  • lemons - sliced for garnish

How to make

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, thyme and a little olive oil and let it season for 1/2 hour. During this time, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Preheat oil in a deep pan and put the mushrooms to sauté.

When soft, flavour them with spices, add the cream and processed cheese and stir for a few minutes. Remove it from the heat, add the grated blue cheese and stir again. Optionally, roast the chicken meat on a grill, or fry it. Serve the chicken topped with the cream sauce.

Sprinkle the top with finely chopped parsley and garnish with a slice of lemon.
