Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • eggs - 2
  • honey - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 packet
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • flour - as needed for a medium hard dough
  • butter - 1 package
  • for the filling
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • milk - 1 cup
  • crumbs - from the gingerbread

Preparation

From the above-listed products for the dough, knead a medium hard dough. From it, shape balls, arrange them in a buttered tray and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 392°F (200 °C).

Carefully carve out the insides of the gingerbread cookies. Mix the crumbs with the products for the filling, making sure the butter is at room temperature.
