Ingredients

  • bell peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • cauliflowers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • carrots - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • cabbages - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • wine vinegar - 1 bottle
  • oil - 2 cups (0.5 l)
  • sugar - 1 lb (0.5 kg)
  • honey - 1 jar
  • salt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • parsley

Preparation

Cut all the vegetables (cauliflower is broken into florets). Prepare a marinade of the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, honey and pour it over the vegetables.

Leave it for several hours, then bring it to a boil. Then distribute it into jars, put 1-2 aspirins per jar, close and turn over with the cap down until cool.find similar recipes here
