"Call it a chicken casserole if you like but don`t miss trying it because it`s soooo good."

Ingredients

  • chicken - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 1, red
  • lemons - 1
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • cheese
  • feta cheese
  • salt
  • vegetable broth
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • oregano

How to make

Tenderize the fillets, arrange them in an oven dish and sprinkle them with spices, do not add the vegetable broth. Slice the onion and pepper and add them to the fillet. Cut the potatoes and carrots in wheels and put them to boil for a bit on the heat.

Once they are ready, put them in the dish, add some water, olive oil, the vegetable broth, squeeze the lemon over all the products – wrap them in foil and put them in the oven until almost ready.

Make a topping from the eggs and yoghurt, grate the cheese and feta cheese (quantity is according to the taste). Pour on the topping, then the cheese on top of it and put it in the oven to roast. Enjoy your meal!
