Ingredients

  • pasta - 1 pack, by choice
  • olives - 1/2 cup, sliced, pitted
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • corn - 3 - 4 tablespoons, canned
  • basil - 1/2 bunch fresh
  • arugula - 6 leaves
  • for the sauce
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml) extra virgin
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Then rinse under cold water and mix with the sauce from the mixed together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and blended garlic.

Add the chopped fresh tomatoes to the pasta, then basil, olives, corn and arugula leaves. Mix and serve in suitable plates.find similar recipes here
