"A tasty and healthy temptation, which you can eat as a salad or light lunch, but always with white wine and in good company."

Ingredients

  • pasta - 1 pack, by choice
  • olives - 1/2 cup, sliced, pitted
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • corn - 3 - 4 tablespoons, canned
  • basil - 1/2 bunch fresh
  • arugula - 6 leaves
  • for the sauce
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml) extra virgin
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Then rinse under cold water and mix with the sauce from the mixed together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and blended garlic.

Add the chopped fresh tomatoes to the pasta, then basil, olives, corn and arugula leaves. Mix and serve in suitable plates.
