  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 4 egg whites
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • semolina - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • milk chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cocoa - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)


Melt the crumbled chocolate in a little milk. Add the cocoa, top up with the remaining milk and let the mixture come to a boil, while stirring. Add the semolina and mix non-stop, until thickened.

Sweeten with sugar and boil until it melts. Allow the cream to cool and then carefully add the egg whites beaten to snow, stirring with a wooden spoon.
