Ingredients

  • macaroni - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 4
  • eggs - 3
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 4 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the macaroni in salted water, drain them with a colander and put in some of the butter. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bacon into strips. The tomatoes are scalded in boiling water, peeled, and cut them into large cubes.

Fry the bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes in butter, add salt, and black pepper. Whisk the eggs with the cream, add the feta cheese, parsley, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper and mix.

In a buttered container, place half the macaroni, then - a layer of mushrooms with bacon, tomatoes and corn, then the remaining macaroni, pour in the egg mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
