How to make
Add the chopped butter, egg yolks and milk to the flour. Knead a dough, roll it out into a sheet with a thickness of about 1/4″ (0.5 cm).
Cut out circles using baking shapes, stick pairs of them together with marmalade and bake in a moderate oven. Sprinkle the baked cookies with powdered sugar.
