Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • flour - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
  • carrots - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 6
  • salt - 2 1/3 tsp (12 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • black pepper - 1/5 tsp (1 g)
  • parsley - 0.5 oz (20 g)

How to make

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water and grate them coarsely. To the grated potatoes, add flour, 4 eggs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to form a dough.

Boil 2 eggs to the point where they are no longer runny. Cut the eggs into slices and arrange on the potato dough, spread out in the form of a sheet. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices, cut the carrots into round slices and sauté until slightly soft. Then distribute them evenly on the roll.

Gently roll it up and place it in a greased tray. Bake in a moderate oven until lightly browned. Serve the roll cut into pieces.
