Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • flour - for rolling
  • oil - for frying
  • for the sauce
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • garlic - 2 cloves, pressed
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - or olive oil

How to make

Cut the cleaned zucchini into rings. Heat oil for frying, roll the zucchini in flour and fry until ready on both sides.

For the sauce, beat the yoghurt with a whisk, the milk with the mustard and add the pressed garlic, chopped dill and spices to taste.

Serve the fried zucchini soaked with the yoghurt sauce.
