Ingredients

  • turkeys - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • mince – 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • rice – 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • prunes – 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • apples - 2
  • chestnuts – 1 oz (20 g)
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • salt

Preparation

Smear a small turkey with black pepper, salt and savory and leave it for 2-3 hours. Fill it with a mixture of fried finely diced onions and the mince, rice, water, cut up plums and sour apple cubes, lightly boiled, salt, black pepper and roasted chestnuts, sew it closed.
